Dear all,
I appealing for help for a poor skinny dog that I spend about 2 hours on TPE expressway on the midnight of Sunday 29th Nov 2009. She was been spotted when we are heading back home on TPE… She was walking alone in the fast speed lane 1 of the expressway… When i call 999 for help and the LTA arrive about 25 mins after I called and guide her to a area. But LTA inform me that they are not catching the poor dog, so I decided to do it myself… I when into the grass land between the two way traffic expressway to carry her out… And brought her food and drink…
She currently under weight… VERY BAD CONDITION from her looking. She weight only 9kg and you can only see bones… She had lots of open wounds on her body and legs… and barely can stand on herself… She a very good looking dog and very timid…
Will like the dog lover to pass the message around if any one is interested in adopting her…
She look about 1 year old and brownish in colour….
I not too sure if I can appeal for funds for here.
